A note before you start reading. We built this page to be easy to read. The Lexend typeface was designed to improve reading for everyone, including readers with dyslexia, and we paired it with generous spacing and a low glare palette. Given your work, it felt right.

One setup that sells tickets online, emails every buyer a ticket with a QR code, reminds them before the day, and lets your team check guests in at the door with a scan.
Prepared by Dimple Thakkar, SYNHERGY, for Juliet Hahn.
SYNHERGY is a multiple award winning, full service marketing and technology agency, 18 years in. Web, automation, events, and creative live under one roof, so the people building your ticketing are the same people who can build the rest when you need it.
Relevant proof
We currently run a nonprofit heading into a 17 day hospitality house during the 2028 Olympics. On a tight turnaround for them, we stood up a full event, ticketing page, email, and social, in three weeks, and it pulled 3,000 registrations. We move fast, and we do it properly.
Guests buy tickets on a branded page and pay securely online.
A ticket with a QR code lands in their inbox right away.
An automatic reminder goes out before the event, so they show up.
Your team scans the QR with a free app. No clipboards, no logins.
Need a sponsorship deck, event graphics, or social? We do it all in house. Just ask.
Hosting: the ticketing page runs on a third party platform with a hard cost of about $30 per month, paid directly by the Foundation. That platform fee is not part of our flat fee.
Scoped to complete in 3 to 4 weeks. This is a one time setup, not an ongoing retainer.
We have priced this as a standard setup, which is what your golf day needs. If we get in and it turns out to be a lot more than that, a much larger or more complex build, we pause, show you exactly what we found, and requote that part before we do it. No surprise invoices, ever, and nothing extra gets built without your okay.
Reply to approve and we will send a short agreement covering these terms, then the first invoice and a quick checklist of what we need from you.
